Nature: our gardens, our pond

Gardens

By obtaining the titles of “Quality Restaurant” recognized by the culinary college of France and “Master Restaurateur”, we are committed to emphasizing the demands of home cooking while being transparent about the origin of our fresh products cooked by professionals.

In this way, we passionately nurture our love of nature, fresh produce and short supply chains.

At the rear of our estate, you’ll find our garden, carefully tended so that vegetables and herbs can be added directly to your seasonal dishes.

jardinier au potager

The use of permaculture makes this place a haven of peace, where the sound of the fountain lulls the ears of our guests relaxing in a place of exception.

A barnyard has recently been set up in the middle of the gardens, with hens and rabbits delighting young and old alike.

Pond

A 40-metre-long, 8-metre-wide fishing trail faces the River Nied.

In this land of tradition, fishing enthusiasts come together to catch trout and pike, which can then be found on our restaurant menu, meunière-style, with almonds, or in our 3-fish terrines offered at our banquets.

In summer, barbecues, family parties and garden parties are organized in a spirit of togetherness and sharing.

Kitchen Garden

As part of our approach to respecting nature, the rhythm of the seasons and quality, our kitchen garden also reflects our cuisine.
Whether it’s traditional or old-fashioned vegetables, we make it a point of honor not to use any pesticides on our produce.

You’ll be able to rediscover the taste of authenticity.
